CLAT 2019 Exam: Strategy for General Knowledge & Current Affairs




CLAT 2019 Exam is scheduled on 12th May 2019. As we know, Common Law Admission Test is centralized exam for admission to integrated law courses (LLM and LLB) offered by 18 prominent Law Universities in India.

The CLAT Exam basically comprise objective type questions. The exam duration is for 2 hours.

WEIGHTAGE for General Knowledge Section

This section consist of 50 questions and law aspirants need a good time management in order to attempt these questions.

Current affairs and General Knowledge section comprises a balanced mix of Current Affairs (25-30) and Static GK (15-20) sections. When you’ll look at the pattern of the questions asked from previous year’s paper, you’ll realize that there were 35-40 questions based on Current Affairs and the rest on Static GK.

To attempt all the questions of this section, the candidates will get approximately 10-15 minutes

The CLAT syllabus is very vast and there’s no single book or source that can supplement with such detailed knowledge. The candidates should look for multiple resources to appear for Common Law Admission Test Exam.
